Happiness Explored: What We Know, Why It Matters, and Ways to Seek It
Mounting research suggests disease may result in – and from – impaired happiness in a person’s life. Can you change your level of happiness, and help your patients do the same? Understanding the concepts of happiness and factors that determine happiness can help physicians personally and at work – in clinical decision-making, in patient encounters, and as health care team members. This course provides tools to assess personal happiness and offers strategies to foster greater life satisfaction.
