    Mike Kreager

    Mike Kreager has practiced business and tax law in San Antonio, Texas for over 30 years. His law practice is a general business practice that includes health care law, corporate, partnership and business entity and tax planning, business transactions and finance, family limited partnerships, estates, wills and trusts, and other practice areas relating to individuals and businesses.


    A significant portion of Mr. Kreager practice is devoted to representing physicians and health care entities. His thoughts on physician employment contracts were quoted extensively in the American Society of Clinical Oncology's Journal of Oncology Practice, Vol.2, pages 308-09 (November 2006) in the article Employment Contracts: What to Look For. Mr. Kreager is a frequent speaker at continuing education programs, giving speeches in both business and taxation topics. More recently in 2009, the Baylor Law Review published his extensive analysis of the statutory buy out right of physicians who are bound by covenants not to compete.


    Mr. Kreager is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and has been board certified in tax law for over fifteen years by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to being admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court.
